Youth Mentor Lead

Lutheran Services Florida seeks a Youth Mentor Lead to guide at-risk youth in programs supporting child welfare, behavioral health, and refugee services. In this role, you’ll supervise mentors, coordinate activities, and provide direct support and guidance to youth facing trauma, displacement, or family instability. You’ll model positive behavior, ensure safety, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with case managers, clinicians, and educators.
