Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the emotional, mental, and social needs of patients.
• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based strategies aimed at fostering positive mental health.
• Provide individual therapy sessions for adults and/or children, effectively addressing various issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and family dynamics.
• Facilitate couples therapy sessions, creating a safe space for open communication and resolution.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Participate in team meetings and training initiatives to stay updated on best practices and the latest therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily involves working with a diverse range of patients, including both adults and children. As a therapist, you will collaborate closely with clients facing various challenges such as familial issues, mental health disorders, and personal growth struggles. Your expertise in navigating these scenarios will have a significant impact on improving their overall well-being and fostering healthier relationships.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in therapeutic settings, ideally with both adult and child populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with patients.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar therapeutic approaches.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.
• A demonstrated commitment to professional development through Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

Compensation and Benefits

LifeStance Health values its team members and offers a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 yearly , based on productivity, with the potential for uncapped earnings. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
