Business Analyst(PAM)

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong IAM/PAM or cybersecurity experience to support a CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) discovery and expansion program. The role focuses on understanding current processes, identifying gaps, assessing privileged accounts, and developing an implementation-ready roadmap and Statement of Work (SoW) . Responsibilities Conduct discovery and assessment of privileged accounts and access processes. Map current-state IAM/PAM processes, workflows, and controls . Assess applications/accounts for PAM onboarding feasibility and readiness . Conduct stakeholder workshops with Security, Infrastructure, DBA, SOC, and Audit teams. Identify process, technology, and control gaps . Support assessment of CyberArk PSM readiness . Document findings, requirements, process flows, and recommendations. Develop a PAM implementation roadmap based on discovery findings. Help create an implementation-ready Statement of Work (SoW) . Track requirements, decisions, risks, dependencies, and action items. Required Experience 5–8 years of Business Analyst experience in IAM, PAM, or cybersecurity. Strong experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, workshops, and documentation. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Security, Infrastructure, DBAs, SOC, and Audit. #J-18808-Ljbffr USK Technologies
