Associate Micro Electronic Assembler

Entry-Level Assembly PositionYou are responsible for:Working under the guidance of an experienced senior level assembly operator receiving regular instructions and following detailed instructionsUsing assembly drawings and related paperwork to accompany parts through production flowUsing written instructions to assemble, modify, rework or reassemble unitsPerforming basic and routine electronic assembly operations on components or subassembliesLoading programs on computerProcessing parts through Ball Attach equipment and high temp ovensSetting up and cleaning machinery on a daily basisUsing hot gas equipment for reworkProcessing transactions on Oracle systemUsing calipers and computerized measurement scopes for measurementsKeeping all manual and electronic logbooks currentMay occasionally be required to work overtimeInterface with Engineers and Program ManagersRequired Qualifications:Typically requires a high school education or equivalent and one year of experience or less in electronic assemblyAbility to multi-task is a mustAbility to use optical microscope (up to 10 – 100x) 50% of your timeMust have good eye/hand coordination and a steady handGood communication skills (verbal and written)Must be able to read or write English languageThis position requires you to access information that is subject to U.S. export regulations.
