General Summary Project based work as needed. Principal Duties and Accountabilities (Essential Functions) Cleans and maintains grounds using mowers, trimmers, and other equipment as directed. Picks up trash on grounds and assists with plant beautification projects. Regularly uses a shovel, broom to clean various parts of the plant. Performs Labor functions in and around plant. Paints structures. Assists with quality samples. Performs other project work as needed. NOTE: This list presents only the principal duties of the position and is not intended to be comprehensive. Educational Skills and Experience Must have mechanical aptitude. Must communicate effectively using appropriate interpersonal skills. Must supervise own work and be self‑motivated. Must have an excellent safety record and be safety conscious at all times. Must be able to work outside 90% of the time and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
