Maintenance Technician 2nd shift - New Albany
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Maintenance Technician 2nd shift to work with Bright Skilled in New Albany.
Shift
- Monday through Friday, 3pm-11pm
Pay Rates
- 30.00 - 35.00 USD hourly
Essential Requirements
- Must have experience performing maintenance on production, manufacturing, or automated equipment
- Must have proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic equipment issues
- Must have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, or equipment diagrams
- Must have basic computer skills and experience using math for measurements, calculations, or maintenance tasks
- Must have the ability to repair small engines, motors, or similar mechanical equipment
Skills Requirements
- Preventive maintenance on equipment or machinery
- Experience diagnosing equipment malfunctions and identifying root causes of failures
- Lockout Tagout (LOTO)
Role
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production machinery
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts usage
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
