Our agency opened in 2025 and has already built a strong, motivated team of four professionals focused on growth and success. Before opening the agency, I worked alongside another State Farm agent, which inspired me to create something of my own - a place where hard work, opportunity, and teamwork come together.

As a local college graduate, I’m proud to serve this community and provide customers with the protection and guidance they deserve. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with John Majerowicz - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
