Hotel Sales Director: Drive Revenue & Lead Team
OTO Development
OTO Development is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the hotel’s sales department in Garden City, NY. The role drives revenue growth, builds strong client relationships, and oversees the sales team to execute business development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of progressive hospitality sales experience, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of revenue management, market trends, and high-level negotiations.
