We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support daily client interactions and order processing in Nashua, New Hampshire. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced setting, and enjoys helping customers resolve questions efficiently. The person in this role will handle a mix of phone-based support and administrative service tasks while maintaining a detail-oriented and responsive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls courteously, providing timely assistance and accurate information.
• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, clarify order details, and support service completion.
• Enter customer orders into internal systems with close attention to accuracy and completeness.
• Address questions, concerns, and routine service issues while working to achieve prompt resolution.
• Maintain clear records of customer interactions, order updates, and follow-up actions taken.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are communicated and processed effectively.

• Prior experience in a customer service role supporting clients by phone and through order-related tasks.

• Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and efficient manner.

• Data entry skills with attention to detail when processing orders and updating information.

• Clear verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment while handling multiple priorities.

• Reliable organizational skills and the ability to follow established service procedures.
