Job Summary:
The healthcare organization is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) with specialization in the Operating Room (OR) in Saint Louis, Missouri. This position involves working in a fast-paced surgical environment, providing high-quality patient care for adult and adolescent populations. The role requires the ability to adapt to a team-oriented setting while independently managing patient needs.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week. No weekends, holidays, or call required.
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications; three or more years of OR nursing experience; able to work in a rapid-paced environment, navigate multiple computer systems, and demonstrate problem-solving skills; experience with robotic, laparoscopic, microsurgery, and neurosurgery procedures.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient surgery centers performing orthopedic, urologic, plastics, and general cases.
• Additional Information: The role involves direct patient care activities for adolescent and adult patient populations, monitoring and coordinating care with ancillary departments. The facility provides a scrub dress code with black scrubs and supplies their own attire suitable for operating room settings.
