CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join our Human Resources Team in Albany, NY; Atlanta, GA; Orlando, FL; or remotely from home , where you'll play a key role in attracting the next generation of talent to our growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity to build your recruiting career while partnering with hiring managers, engaging with students and early-career professionals, and strengthening CHA's presence on college campuses across the country. From attending career fairs and campus events to creating exceptional candidate experiences, you'll help connect talented individuals with meaningful opportunities that shape the future of our company.
What You'll Do:- Partner with hiring managers, HR Leadership, and recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop campus recruiting strategies that support early careers growth
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for intern, co-op, entry-level, and experienced professional positions
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building efforts
- Represent CHA at career fairs, university events, networking opportunities, and other recruiting initiatives
- Develop strong relationships with colleges, universities, and student organizations to strengthen CHA's campus recruitment presence
- Track recruiting activity and market trends to help inform talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning efforts
- Serve as a brand ambassador for CHA, promoting our culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field required
- Minimum of 2 years of campus recruiting experience required
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, faculty, and career services offer
- Experience planning and attending career fairs, networking events, information sessions, and on campus activities
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems required; iCIMS experience preferred
- Experience sourcing candidates through networking, research, and social media platforms preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and engaging presence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with OFCCP compliance preferred
- Passion for relationship-building, talent attraction, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Build relationships with students, emerging professionals, and industry leaders while helping shape the future workforce of CHA

$70,000 - $80,000
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
