Our traveling Certified Surgical Technologists (CST) are not only actively working in the OR, but also responsible for their own inventory management and the contribution of efforts in regional equipment and instrumentation logistics. Qualifications to be a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for Vantage Surgical Solutions Successful graduation from an accredited surgical technology program. CST Certification required for some states (within 90 days of employment). BLS. Responsible and able to work independently. Detail-oriented. Basic computer skills. Ability to complete overnight travel 3-4 nights weekly. Able to work collaboratively and with a team mindset.
