We've grown into a nationally recognized carrier, but we still run on small-company values: safety, respect, and doing things the right way.The Regional Driver PositionPosition: Regional Class A CDL Flatbed Driver (Company W2).Freight: Primarily flatbed, 50% drop & hook / 50% live load–unload.Typical Weekly Miles: 2,500–3,000.Home Time: Guaranteed home every weekend.Terminals/Primary Lanes: Southeast and surrounding regional markets.Average weekly pay: around $1,300–$1,500, with a guaranteed weekly minimum for regional drivers. New drivers can earn $80,000+ in their first year with performance-based pay schedules. Mileage pay that increases with tenure and experience, plus safety and performance incentives.
