Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Centralia, WA. Provide home health patients with assessments, treatment plans, and skilled interventions that support independence and daily functioning. This role offers a chance to apply clinical expertise in a community setting while working a predictable weekday schedule.

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctoral, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Washington state OT license required.
• Home health clinical experience required, including use of HCHB electronic health record.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Ability to complete patient care assessments, recertifications, and discharges in a home health setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with HCHB preferred.
• Experience providing care across a broad geographic coverage area preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM.
• Weekly hours: 40 hours.
• Coverage area up to 50 miles from central office.
• Weekend/on-call requirement: No.
• Mileage reimbursement provided between patient visits, from first patient to last patient.
