R10093522 CDL B Driver - Inside Sales (Open) Location: El Reno, OK – Retail shop Overview Airgas is hiring a local CDL B Driver in El Reno, OK to support customer service and inside sales activities. This hybrid role blends driving expertise with customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Build relationships with customers, both in person and over the phone, by using product knowledge to meet their needs. Drive inside sales by assessing customer needs, providing quotes, and identifying solutions. Maintain store operations: organize merchandise, process sales in the system, and ensure a smooth customer experience. Serve as a reliable backup driver, safely delivering essential gases and welding products to clients when regular drivers are unavailable. Qualifications At least one year of Class A or B CDL driving experience within the past five years, or recent graduate from an accredited driving school. Exceptional customer service skills are a plus. Class A or B CDL with Hazmat endorsement, or ability to obtain Hazmat upon offer. Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and minimum age of 21. Physical capability to lift 25‑75 lbs routinely and up to 125 + lbs with material‑handling equipment; ability to bend, walk, stand, and drive for up to eight hours a day. Familiarity with sales platforms or quick learning of systems such as SAP or other CRM; basic computer order entry knowledge preferred. Benefits Pay begins at $26/hour with eligibility for quarterly bonuses. Referral bonus.
