Bilingual Medical Asst with Phlebotomy and IV

Job Description Seeking dedicated Spanish speaking Medical Assistants/phlebotomists over two years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidates would be dynamic, friendly, fast-learners, multi-taskers, & will assist the physician in providing the highest quality of care in a family practice setting. The candidates will be working closely with the other MAs, the office manager, the front-desk specialist, the physician and the owners in a supportive & cordial environment. This would be in a primary care clinic. Roles & Responsibilities Verify insurance & Eligibility Check-in & Check-out Attend phone calls Triage patients, run EKG Schedule, Re-schedule appointments Scan in-coming & out-going clinical documentation Obtain & upload medical records, labs & imaging Call in prescription refills Administer IM injections and IV Draw & package blood for labs Manage inventory Stocking & cleaning the exam rooms Assisting the physician in procedures Checking & responding to the voice messages Confirming appointments & Chart prepping for the next day Complete requests for medical records Facility cleaning & maintenance Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40 (4.5 days) Benefits – To be discussed at the time of the offer Pay: $16.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience, Bilingual required Company Description Single provider loved by patients.
