Software Engineer II

Develop software features that thousands of our customers rely on daily to reach millions of consumers to drive their business forward. Craft highly scalable real-time data pipeline that processes billions of events weekly across data sets growing to petabyte scale. Work on deep analytics system that provides insight into hundreds of terabytes of data. Help architect and design robust and high performance data processing and storage systems leveraging new data bases to serve different internal and external use cases. Contribute to open source data processing technologies. Dig into performance and scalability issues to drive breakthrough solutions. Ship code early & often in an agile fashion, pairing with product management to craft better software by soliciting feedback from thousands of end users. Telecommuting permitted 2 days/week. Minimum Requirements (education and years of experience): Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering and 1 year of experience in job offered or closely related engineering role.

Experience with the following:
Distributed system architectures;
Caching technologies including Redis;
Relational Database Management Systems including MySQL;
Connection pooling;
Queuing and streaming technologies like RabbitMQ, Pulsar, or Kafka; and
JavaScript.

Our salary range reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.

In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.

Base Pay Range For US Locations:

$131,082 - $174,000 USD
