Strategic Procurement Buyer
General Dynamics Land Systems
General Dynamics Land Systems is seeking a Procurement Buyer to lead end-to-end purchasing and subcontracting. You will analyze materials in Oracle/MRP, solicit and evaluate supplier RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs, and perform cost analyses to guide sourcing decisions. You will negotiate with suppliers to meet program cost and schedule targets, prepare purchase orders, and ensure on-time delivery while controlling costs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
