Acute care experience and independent and proficient in completion of Modified Barium Swallow Studies in radiology without supervision by a radiologist. General job duties. Types of procedures required. Rehab in Acute MBS experience and SNF facility. There is a possibility of referrals for outpatient care. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. Meditech computerize documentation inpatient and paper and pencil outpatient doc. Required skills and minimum years of experience. Must be able to complete MBS study independently. Minimum 2 years experience preferably with SNF level or Rehab hospital experience Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. BLS, HI rehab licensure in appropriate discipline Shift or schedule requirements. Generally set schedule 5 days/wk but likely to include 1 weekend day Floating to other units/departments. Possible floating to another facility. Depending on census at the time and staffing. Dress Code: Scrubs or per HMC dress code P&P Training in EMR documentation provided and orientation to rehab area/expectations Additional Information:Must arrive the Thursday before start in order to go to employee health appointment on Friday.
