Quality Production Tech

Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Production Tech to join their team. As a Quality Production Tech, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Quality Production Tech

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay Range: $21/hr on w2

What's the Job?

• Perform filling, labeling, palletizing, and vacuum testing of pharmaceutical products
• Complete general operator certification within the shift
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production processes
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to comply with safety and regulatory standards

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift 25-30 lbs regularly throughout the shift
• Willingness to learn and complete operator certification
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred but not required
