Top-performing massage therapists at Sway earn $70,000-$85,000 per year while working a balanced 30-35 hour schedule. With an average scheduled rate of over 85%, our massage therapists stay consistently busy while maintaining a manageable workload. Top earners achieve $60-$65 per service hour (including gratuity), with guests averaging $24 in tips per treatment, highlighting the value placed on exceptional service.
