Join Our Team as a 2nd Shift Material HandlerLooking for a hands-on manufacturing role where you can stay active and play an important part in keeping production running?KAM Plastics is looking for a 2nd Shift Material Handler to join our team. In this position, you'll make sure our production teams have the right materials, in the right place, at the right time.What You'll Do:Mix, coordinate and stage raw materials based on production needsDeliver materials to machines according to the production scheduleSafely operate forklifts to move, load and stack materialsPerform material and inventory transactions using computer/barcoding systemsClean loaders, dryers and grinders during mold changesMaintain accurate inventory recordsKeep material areas clean, organized and ready for productionFollow KAM work instructions, safety requirements and quality proceduresWhat We're Looking For:Forklift experience or ability to obtain a forklift operator licenseManufacturing experience and understanding of manufacturing processes preferredBasic computer and math skillsStrong attention to detailGood communication skillsAbility to work independently and stay organizedFlexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends as neededWhy KAM?KAM Plastics is an employee-owned (ESOP) company where our employees have a stake in our success.
