This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an already thriving dealership in a rapidly expanding market!Compensation & Benefits: The selected candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate within the range of $16 - $20 per hour, paid semimonthly. Additionally, they will have access to benefits such as paid training, health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, Degree's at work and employee discounts on vehicles and services.Responsibilities:Perform basic maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks and brake inspectionsRead, understand and perform requested services as outlined in repair ordersFollow safety protocols and guidelinesKeep records of all repairs and services performedCheck vehicle service history, perform virtual multi-point and video inspectionsCommunicate effectively with team members and customersWork toward certifications and training through Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram's technician development programs.Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentBasic mechanical knowledge or vocational training (preferred, but not required)Knowledge of automotive technology and repair methodsAbility to lift 50+ lbs, work in a fast-paced and physically demanding work environmentStrong problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with good organizational skillsA positive attitude, strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.Must have a valid driver's licenseWhy join us?
