As a Home Health Aide with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement. You will also provide personal care to clients as needed, assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Our HHA's establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers, providing reliable care by being punctual and consistent.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provide personal care to clients as needed
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistent
• Accurately report EVV clock ins/outs, ADL notes, and visit information for client care plans
