Project Manager, CRO & CDOArgenta is currently looking to fill the role of Project Manager, CRO & CDO at our Shawnee, KS location.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage project plans, define project scope and oversee all phases from initiation to closureWork with Americas CRO senior leaders to create and manage budgets and timelines to ensure project completionEstablish clear project structures including milestones, risks, dependencies, and performance metricsMonitor progress and proactively mitigate risks related to scope, cost, timing, and qualityDrive decision-making through structured facilitation and escalation when neededEnsure facility operates safely and within compliance while special projects are completedPerforms all Company business in accordance with all relevant regulations (e.g. FDA, CVM, OHSA, EPA) and Company policy and procedures. Ensure compliance with all Regulatory agenciesDemonstrates high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts to maintain Argenta, MVS' excellent reputation in the communityRecommend and implement process improvement activities to improve quality and efficiencyTrain and coach personnel within the project scopeAbout You:Bachelors DegreeExperience in an animal health research facilityUnderstanding of cGMP's as interpreted by the USFDA CVMStrong analytical skillsDemonstrated organizational skillsAbility to set priorities and schedules so studies runs efficientlyInfluence, persuasion, negotiation, conflict resolution skillsStrong understanding of workflow processesFunctional knowledge of Microsoft Office ProductsArgenta has strongly embedded company values which is key to who we are and how we deliver.
