Role Description The Manufacturing Technician role is a full-time, on-site position located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role is responsible for hands on manufacturing, as well as operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment, following established manufacturing processes, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include assembling, glazing and wrapping windows and doors for our customers and dealers. Qualifications Candidates should possess experience with manufacturing processes and equipment operation. Candidates should possess skills working with hand tools. Candidates should possess strong quality control skills, including inspection and documentation. Candidates should possess troubleshooting skills for basic mechanical, process, or equipment issues. Candidates will routinely lift windows and doors from the production line to put into carts and staging racks. Relevant experience in construction or industrial manufacturing environments is beneficial. Ability to read and follow technical instructions, diagrams, and safety guidelines is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in manufacturing or related fields is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work safely around machinery. #J-18808-Ljbffr
