10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full‑time W‑2 Class A CDL drivers based in New Orleans, LA. Opportunities are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, serving the Eastern U.S. (primarily east of I‑35). The company provides steady freight, reliable home time, modern equipment, and a comprehensive pay and benefits package with benefits effective from day one. Experienced drivers are welcome; recent CDL school graduates may qualify for a paid training program if they have at least 120 hours of instruction.

Typical day on the job

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company policies.
• Haul no‑touch dry van freight, with approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.

Who we are looking for

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Experienced drivers are encouraged to apply; new graduates with at least 120 training hours may qualify for paid training.
• Satisfactory driving record and strong safety focus.
• Able to pass DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test.
