Residential Superintendent

Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 Job Title: Residential Superintendent Location: Clifton Park, NY Job #: 5742 Category: Construction Position Type: Full-time, Direct-Hire Description: Our client is currently seeking a Superintendent to join their residential team, assisting the Project Manager with overseeing all site activities. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits. Responsibilities Include: Supervise company employees on a consistent basis. Maintain communication and assist with meetings for clients, inspectors, subcontractors, vendors, etc. Conduct all necessary inspections in all areas of the construction phase. Coordinate and schedule all subcontractors, ensuring there are no conflicts. Maintain and track all documentation, including plans, specifications, reviewing timecards, change orders, receipts, and delivery records. Ensure all safety standards are implemented and maintained at all times. Qualifications: Prior experience working on large-scale projects is a plus. Ability to read and interpret building plans. At least 10+ years of experience in construction is required, with prior Superintendent experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must possess excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
