About the Role:
D & D Construction LLC is looking for a skilled Painter to join our growing team in Allentown, PA! This is a great opportunity to bring your craftsmanship and attention to detail to a company that takes pride in quality work and a strong team culture.
- Prepare surfaces for painting including sanding, scraping, patching, and priming
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces
- Select and mix paints and finishes to match specifications
- Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths and masking tape
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain and clean tools, brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean job site
- Previous experience in commercial or residential painting preferred
- Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
- Ability to stand, bend, and work on ladders or scaffolding for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation a plus
