Zillow's Paid Marketing team (zMedia) seeks a senior leader to own paid media strategy for the Agent software and advertising portfolio. You will manage an eight-figure budget across upper-funnel and performance media, partnering with cross-functional teams and a media agency to drive measurable sales impact. You'll set the strategy, defend it to leadership, and adapt based on evidence, while building AI-forward processes and reporting.
