Founding GTM Recruiter: Build Elite Talent
Paraform
Paraform is seeking an experienced Founding GTM Recruiter in San Francisco to help hire the best talent for our rapidly growing team. In this role, you'll own the entire recruiting process, from sourcing to closing candidates across various functions. The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in high-growth startup environments. You'll work closely with founders to set the talent bar and improve our hiring processes while promoting Paraform's mission and vision. #J-18808-Ljbffr Paraform
