DESCRIPTION

The Shift Leader role is a great opportunity to build and strengthen your leadership skills. You'll work closely with the Assistant Team Leader and Team Leader to keep shifts running smoothly and efficiently.

In this position, you'll take on responsibilities such as leading shifts, supporting team members, and ensuring operations stay organized and on track. This is an ideal next step for someone looking to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

Lead shifts and maintain flow of operations
Support and motivate team members
Ensure quality, speed, and cleanliness standards are met
