Our client is a Real Estate Investment firm who are looking to add a Paralegal to its in-house legal team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working on complex, high-value transaction s and wants broad exposure across acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, corporate governance, and legal operations .
Responsibilities:
- Supporting acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and strategic transactions
- Managing due diligence, data rooms, and closing processes
- Drafting and reviewing NDAs, service agreements, and other commercial contracts
- Assisting with corporate governance, regulatory filings, and compliance initiatives
- Coordinating with outside counsel and maintaining litigation and contract tracking systems
- Driving legal operations, knowledge management, and legal technology initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–6 years of paralegal experience
- Experience in-house or at a law firm supporting private equity, real estate, asset management, or financial services clients
Compensation Details:
$100,000 - $130,000 base salary + Bonus
