Salary Range: USD $549,907.60 - USD $635,861.00 per year.

Our organization is in search of a full-time Gastroenterologist to join our team in Berkeley, CA. This is a chance to become part of a well-established gastroenterology group in the East Bay, which serves a diverse patient population and offers a variety of work settings, including both outpatient and inpatient care. You will collaborate with professionals in general surgery, primary care, and hospital medicine, contributing to a rapidly expanding multi-specialty medical group.

• Board Certification required
• Completion of a fellowship in Gastroenterology
• Experience or training in Motility, IBD, and Advanced Endoscopy is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings

• Salary range of $549,907 - $635,861 for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE)
• Transition to a productivity-based compensation model after two years
• Four weeks of paid time off (PTO) and one week of continuing medical education (CME) allowance during the income guarantee period
• Five weeks of PTO and one week of CME allowance after two years

Note: Benefits are prorated based on full-time status, and employees in other classifications may qualify for some of these benefits.
