We're seeking a Human Resources Assistant to work at a leading distribution center in West Memphis, AR. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22/hr
Shift:

Monday ONLY, will work 6:30 am to 2 pm, the rest of the week, 7:30 to 4 or 8 to 4:30

What's a typical day as Human Resources Assistant? You'll be:

• Handling HR administrative tasks such as paperwork, filing, and maintaining employee records
• Supporting in-house recruiting and screening processes
• Managing time cards daily and using Kelly webtime for timekeeping
• Reporting directly to the HR Manager and collaborating with a small, close-knit internal team

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have previous experience in HR administration or recruiting (preferred)
• Are detail-oriented and organized, with strong documentation and filing skills
• Can maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally
• Are flexible to work varying hours on Mondays, with regular hours the rest of the week
• Prefer a relaxed dress code (no holes in jeans) and comfortable work environment
