Senior Trademark Attorney - Prosecution & Enforcement (CA / CO / DC / GA / IL / NC / NY)

Job Summary Routinely recognized as one of the top Trademark and Copyright teams in the country, the Trademark and Copyright Team of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP is growing and seeks a Of Counsel / Senior Team Attorney with at least 7 years of direct trademark prosecution experience. This position is an alternative to traditional partnership-track positions and features a lower billable hour requirement as well as the opportunity to work on leading edge trademark issues for name brand clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in helping manage U.S. and international trademark portfolios with specific experience in trademark clearance, prosecution, investigations and routine enforcement. Successful candidates will have strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing skills, be highly organized and detail oriented. Candidates interested in the Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, San Francisco, Silicon Valley (Menlo Park), Seattle, Washington DC, or Winston Salem offices will be considered.
