Position Summary
The Call Center Representative (CSR) is responsible for communicating with the customer to determine service needs.
- Making sure that the phone is answered appropriately
- Monitor incoming e-mail and other electronic lead sources for new leads and contact as quickly as possible.
- Out bounding calls to members
- Meet KPI's
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Background check and Drug Test required for hire. Heart is a drug free employer, which includes marijuana.
Experience
- 2 years of call center – Preferred
- 2 years of customer service - Preferred
- 2 years of dispatching - Preferred
Job Specific Requirements
