Employment Type: Temporary, approximately through end of 2026 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Schedule: Monday-Friday, 32-40 hours/week; on-site Tuesday-Thursday Job Summary Join a small Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the TA Manager and partnering with a TA Specialist Recruit across a broad range of administrative-focused roles, from temporary Project Manager up to VP of Sales (13-14 roles currently open) Cover corporate functions including Marketing, Creative, Sales, and the Office of the CEO Own and manage a full-cycle pipeline of 3-5 requisitions at a time Develop a strong understanding of the brand and the team's approach to hiring Partner closely with hiring managers through a selective, culture-focused hiring process Requirements Solid recruitment background with a strong focus on process improvement Experience recruiting for corporate/administrative roles across a range of levels Hands-on experience with Greenhouse required Comfortable navigating a selective, culture-driven hiring process Positive, can-do attitude with a strong focus on candidate experience Benefits Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
