As a non-DOT regulated delivery associate, you'll embody our company ethos, ensuring every delivery exceeds customer expectations with timely, safe, and courteous service. Currently, we're hiring multiple full-time delivery associate positions in Jerome. Qualified Applicants are Encouraged to Apply! Responsibilities: Fulfill physically demanding tasks, including loading trucks, delivering packages in varied weather conditions, and navigating stairs and driveways. Operate independently to deliver packages safely and punctually, without assistance or unscheduled deliveries. Expect to work 4-5 days a week, with shifts up to 11 hours, starting as early as 10:15 AM. Adhere to strict safety standards, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and maintain a positive attitude. Utilize GPS devices for navigation and record-keeping. Provide professional and positive customer interactions. Follow mapped delivery routes, track hours, and breaks, while complying with safety and traffic regulations. Lift and unload packages weighing up to 70 lbs. Communicate effectively with DSP and Amazon support teams to ensure exceptional service. Support team members as needed, including participating in rescue calls. Requirements: Must be 21 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States. Possess a valid driver's license within the state of employment. Maintain a clean driving record (MVR) with less than 3 violations in 5 years. Ability to operate a delivery van (no CDL required) and lift up to 70 pounds.
