Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Tennessee Department of Correction.We are currently seeking a full-time, night shift Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at West Tennessee State Penitentiary located in Henning, Tennessee.The LPN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients.
