Overview:
Now Hiring: Mattress Production Associates (Aurora, CO)
1st & 2nd Shift Available | Weekly Pay | Competitive Pay
We are currently hiring motivated and dependable Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Aurora. This is a hands-on role working in a team environment to build and assemble high-quality products.
Shift & Pay:
- 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | $20/hour
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM | $21/hour
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assemble products using pneumatic tools such as staple guns and air-powered equipment
- Stack and place foam materials for production
- Build and assemble box spring units as part of a team
- Assist with loading and unloading in shipping and receiving
- Inspect products for quality and ensure standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Skills and Experience:
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with pneumatic tools or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must be able to lift up to 120 lbs (team lift) and be on your feet for extended periods
- Basic English communication skills required
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Requirements:
- Steel-toe boots/shoes required
