Hotel Operations Lead — Guest Services & Team Leadership

The Hotel at Holmes, located at the Holmes Student Center on the NIU campus in DeKalb, IL, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead operations and staff. This role supports guest services, front desk and housekeeping functions within the university setting. You will hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff; analyze hotel data and budgets; maintain audit records; and assist with budgeting for student staffing and open orders.
