Forklift Operator / Material Handler

What You'll Do

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials

• Move inventory and production materials throughout the facility

• Use an ERP system to track inventory, receive shipments, and maintain accurate records

• Deliver components to production lines to keep operations running smoothly

• Perform inventory counts, labeling, and location updates

• Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures

• Support continuous improvement efforts and maintain a clean work area

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Forklift experience and certification (or ability to become certified)

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred

• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift

Schedule Monday - Thursday | 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM

This is a Permanent position based out of New Freedom, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
