• Field Work - DC, Maryland, Virginia
• Evening Trainings 4pm - 7 pm Landover, MD

• Project Scope: Commercial, Industrial, Federal, and Union Mechanical & HVAC Insulation
• Mandatory Licences & Certifications: Valid Driver's License and Reliable Personal Vehicle

The Opportunity

You will launch a long-term career in the mechanical and HVAC trade through a structured, earn-as-you-learn apprenticeship. This role offers hands-on mentorship and technical training that allows you to build real-world skills while working toward tripling your starting pay over four years. You will join an active field operations team that values your growth, safety, and long-term professional development.

How You Will Make an Impact 

• Complete required technical coursework and hands-on laboratory sessions to build foundational trade skills.
• Apply proper mechanical and HVAC insulation techniques across commercial, industrial, and federal job sites.
• Utilize specialized hand and power tools safely to complete daily field installation tasks.
• Collaborate with experienced instructors and field leaders to ensure work meets strict trade standards.
• Maintain adherence to site safety protocols, including lift operation and fall protection procedures.
• Report punctually to rotating job sites throughout the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas.

Required Qualifications & Experience 

• Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle for daily site travel.
• Ability to report to early morning job sites starting as early as 4:00 AM.
• Availability to attend mandatory hands-on training in Landover, MD, every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
• Physical capability to work safely on ladders, scaffolding, at heights, and in confined spaces.
• Willingness to acquire required startup tools and puncture-resistant work boots.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience 

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in field construction or a related trade.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic hand tools.
