Dental Hygienist

Job Description Job Description Job Overview Join our Dental Practice in the heart of Trolley Square. A small private dental practice that is committed to delivering high-quality, comfortable care. We are seeking a Full Time or Part Time Registered Dental Hygienist who values clinical excellence, teamwork, and creating a positive patient experience. Hours would be Monday to Thursday Responsibilities * Perform dental cleanings (scaling, root planing, polishing) * Assess patient health by reviewing medical history and oral conditions * Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care * Take dental radiographs and assist with treatment planning * Maintain accurate clinical records (Dentrix/Eaglesoft; HIPAA compliant) * Follow infection control and sterilization protocols * Collaborate with doctor and team to ensure efficient, high-quality care Qualifications * Active RDH license (state requirements met) * Experience in general dentistry preferred * Proficiency with Dentrix * Strong knowledge of dental terminology and infection control * Excellent communication skills with a patient-first approach * Experience with pediatric patients is a plus What We Offer * Supportive, team-oriented environment * Consistent part-time schedule * Modern, well-organized practice * Opportunity to build lasting patient relationships Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Paid time off * Retirement plan
