Machine Learning LeadWe are looking for a senior Machine Learning Lead to drive ML strategy and execution at our Pleasanton, CA office. You will lead a team building and deploying scalable ML models across a range of business-critical applications, from predictive analytics to deep learning systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full ML lifecycle: data exploration, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and production deploymentDefine and evolve the ML platform architecture and MLOps practicesDrive adoption of modern ML techniques including deep learning, ensemble methods, and large-scale model trainingCollaborate with data engineering and product teams to deliver high-impact ML solutionsEstablish model monitoring, drift detection, and retraining pipelinesMentor and grow a team of ML engineers and data scientistsRequirements10+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or AI engineeringDeep expertise in supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniquesStrong proficiency with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoostHands-on MLOps experience: model serving, monitoring, CI/CD for ML (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, etc.)Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with large-scale data platformsUS Green Card or Citizenship requiredMust be willing to work onsite in Pleasanton, CA #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
