You take pride in your work, handle challenges with professionalism, and treat every client with kindness, dignity, and integrity.What You'll DoAssist with daily living activities, including hygiene, dressing, eating, mobility, and light housekeepingPrepare meals and support dietary needsHelp clients with medical devices and mobility aidsPerform non-sterile dressing changes, take vital signs, and assist with range-of-motion exercisesProvide companionship and build meaningful, supportive relationshipsRequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDCompletion of a state-approved CNA courseCNA competency evaluation as required by state lawSympathetic attitude and ability to meet the physical and emotional demands of the roleCPR certification (recommended)Valid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to read, write, and speak EnglishEach Right at Home office and business is independently owned and operated under a franchise agreement with Right at Home, LLC.
