Heartlinks ABA is a growing, multi-state company founded and led by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst since 2018. We provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy for children and teens with autism, focusing on communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

For Those Pursuing Their BCBA:

Supervision for restricted and unrestricted hours
BCBA tuition scholarship and reimbursement programs

Responsibilities:

Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
Implement individualized treatment plans
Teach functional life and communication skills
Complete session documentation
Collaborate with families to ensure consistency

Qualifications:

Must be 18+ with a high school diploma
Active RBT certification
Pass background check
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Experience with children preferred

Schedule:

Part-time, 15–20 hours per week
After-school hours, Monday–Friday (weekends as needed)
