Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician at Hampton Inn & Suites in Alton, IL is responsible for maintaining the overall functionality and appearance of the hotel facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, electrical repairs, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
- Inspect hotel rooms, public areas, and equipment for necessary repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Keep maintenance logs and report any major issues to the management.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in general maintenance work.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
