Business Development Manager
We are partnering with a well-established architecture and engineering consulting firm seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive strategic growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute business development strategies.
- Support practice leaders with client outreach and market expansion initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Coordinate business development activities and maintain a strategic client engagement calendar.
- Deliver exceptional client service while strengthening long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 9+ years of business development experience, or 15+ years of relevant sales/business development experience.
- Proven success growing client relationships and generating new business.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events.
- Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry is highly preferred.
